Capriotti Properties is a full service property management company with a focus on Victorian homes in the Near Westside. All of our apartments are a 5 minute car drive, or a 10 minute bike ride, from Arnot Hospital. We provide quality housing options for LECOM students and residents in Elmira, NY.
Our staff includes a full time property manager and dedicated maintenance professionals to ensure a pleasant experience. Owner/operator Jim Capriotti is also readily available to address your questions and concerns.
